Shopping Policies:

NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDITS ONLY. EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM(S). NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON JEWELRY. **Buyer is responsible for shipping return fee.

Returning Damaged/Defective Items 
In cases of damage or defect, we can quickly arrange replacement if you provide a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem and preferred action (replacement, refund or credit) in an email to our customer support team. In most cases, action can be taken as soon as we have this evidence from you. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to manufacturer for inspection. We’ll then contact you with our next course of action.

B. AYESHA INC only offers first quality merchandise. Please note that all merchandise is properly inspected before shipping.

If an item that has been ordered is no longer available, we will credit your card in the amount of the total cost of the unavailable item(s), plus Shipping & Handling and taxes (if applicable). Your order will then be shipped out with the remaining available items.

NOTE: Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM EST, will be processed and are usually shipped within 1-3 days.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Due to the significant increase in fuel surcharges, some shipments may be subject to additional freight charges or may not qualify for our free shipping offer. A customer service representative will contact you regarding additional shipping and handling charges for authorization.

Sales Tax
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
It is very important that your order is processed correctly. We are required to collect tax on all sales made within the state of Virginia . Please note that onscreen total reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the tax rate on your invoice, please contact us by email info@chaussureboite.com.

Orders Undeliverable 
Should your order be returned to us undelivered, unclaimed or refused without prior approval you have two options:

We can re-ship the order to you for an additional charge for the shipping and handling
You can cancel your order and we will credit your credit card minus the shipping and handling charges and a 50% re-stocking fee.
